I am a past president (1989-1990) of the Carpet and Rug Cleaners Institute of Illinois, the state association of professional cleaners. In 1988, I became the first person in Illinois to be certified as a Master Textile Cleaner by thecleantrust, formerly Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
The Clean Trust sets standards for certification of classes, tests, and registrants. I have attended classes and passed examinations in all the areas listed on my certificate. There are over 15,000 cleaners registered with the Clean Trust worldwide. As you can see, my register number is 000160 – I have been serious about getting the best training to deliver outstanding results for a long time!
